Senior Living - FAQs

Residents at Fellowship Square-Mesa tell us that making our senior living community their home was the best decision they could have made. That couldn’t make us happier. A friendly, caring organization, we work to create the feeling of an extended family where everyone is welcome.

A religious or charitable foundation usually backs a nonprofit senior living community. Revenue received for services and housing is reinvested solely to improve the community and the organization’s mission. However, for-profit senior living communities are priced to ensure the stakeholder, investors, and managers receive a certain percentage of the revenue.

Fellowship Square-Mesa is a Life Care Community. A Life Care Community offers different care plans of living  on-site. These care options include:

These options help meet residents’ changing needs in a comfortable environment they already know with people they already trust.

A Life Plan Community, formerly know as a “Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC),” provides the same or even more care options than a Life Care Community, but different financial arrangements. A Life Plan Community requires an large entrance fee and then pay a monthly maintenance fee.
