The Balance Wheel of Wellness is a visual approach to assessing your lifestyle within the dimensions of wellness.

Step one

Assess Each Area:

Rate your attention level for each dimension on a scale of 0-7 and place a mark on the line of each dimension of wellness.

Step two

Connect the Dots:

Connect the scores to visualize the balance in your life. This will give you a clear picture of which areas need greater attention.

Step three

Take Action:

Identify the gaps and write down the actions needed to regain balance. Use your weekly planner and scorecord to help you stay focused.

Step four

Repeat:

Periodically reassess your Wellness Wheel to track progress and make adjustments as needed. Use this portal to further enrich areas of needed focus.
