The ALTCS Assisted Living housing plans available at Fellowship Square Mesa provide fantastic, affordable options for seniors in great financial need. In addition to the subsidized Assisted Living option for seniors in need at our Christian Care Manor IV building, which is ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) approved, subsidized Independent Living under the HUD Section 202* program is also available. Both types of subsidized senior living spaces afford spacious, one-bedroom floor plans featuring private walk-in showers and fully equipped kitchens.
In addition to our subsidized senior housing, the community can “Sponsor a Senior” through the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit in order to help provide a safe, secure place for a senior to call home. The wonderful part about this program is that anyone who owes Arizona income tax can claim this charitable tax credit, or a donation—either one-time or monthly— can be generously made to our Christian Care organization to support a housing opportunity.
